Texas Government Code § 845.201 Officers

Sec. 845.201. OFFICERS. (a) The board of trustees annually shall elect from members of the board:

(1) a chairman; and

(2) a vice-chairman.

(b) The board may appoint the director or a member of the board as secretary.
