Texas Health And Safety Code § 103.001 Definitions

Sec. 103.001. DEFINITIONS. In this chapter:

(1) "Council" means the Texas Diabetes Council.

(2) "Person with diabetes" means a person diagnosed by a physician as having diabetes.
