Texas Health And Safety Code § 103a.001 Definitions

Sec. 103A.001. DEFINITIONS. In this chapter:

(1) Repealed by Acts 2015, 84th Leg., R.S., Ch. 1, Sec. 3.1639(41), eff. April 2, 2015.

(2) "Council" means the Texas Bleeding Disorders Advisory Council.

(4) "Hemophilia" has the meaning assigned by Section 41.001.
