Texas Health And Safety Code § 114.005 Review Of Agency Programs

Sec. 114.005. REVIEW OF AGENCY PROGRAMS. The council shall review the status of the programs of the department, the Department of Agriculture, and the Texas Education Agency that promote better health and nutrition and prevent obesity among children and adults in this state.
