Texas Health And Safety Code § 116.010 Gifts, Grants, And Donations

Sec. 116.010. GIFTS, GRANTS, AND DONATIONS. The Department of Agriculture for the council may accept a gift, grant, or donation from any source to carry out the purposes of this chapter.
