Texas Health And Safety Code § 242.101 Criminal Penalty

Sec. 242.101. CRIMINAL PENALTY. (a) A home commits an offense if the home fails or refuses to comply with Section 242.100.

(b) An offense under this section is a Class A misdemeanor.
