Texas Health And Safety Code § 244.004 Exemptions From Licensing Requirement

Sec. 244.004. EXEMPTIONS FROM LICENSING REQUIREMENT. The following facilities need not be licensed under this chapter:

(1) a licensed hospital;

(2) a licensed nursing home; or

(3) a licensed ambulatory surgical center.
