Texas Health And Safety Code § 252.010 Change Of Administrators; Fee

Sec. 252.010. CHANGE OF ADMINISTRATORS; FEE. A facility that hires a new administrator or other person designated as the chief management officer for the facility shall:

(1) notify the department in writing of the change not later than the 30th day after the date on which the change becomes effective; and

(2) pay a $20 administrative fee to the department.
