Texas Health And Safety Code § 281.0221 Term Limit

Sec. 281.0221. TERM LIMIT. A member of the board of hospital managers of the El Paso County Hospital District may not serve more than two consecutive three-year terms and is not eligible for reappointment to the board until the second anniversary of the date the member's eligibility expires under this section.
