Texas Health And Safety Code § 282.041 Management, Control, And Administration

Sec. 282.041. MANAGEMENT, CONTROL, AND ADMINISTRATION. (a) The board shall manage, control, and administer the district.

(b) The board is a corporate body in the name of the "____________ County Public Hospital District No. __________."
