Texas Health And Safety Code § 282.049 Other Board Powers

Sec. 282.049. OTHER BOARD POWERS. The board may:

(1) promote health in the district;

(2) print and publish information; and

(3) do any other thing necessary to the performance of the board's duties under this chapter.
