Texas Health And Safety Code § 286.001 Definitions

Sec. 286.001. DEFINITIONS. In this chapter:

(1) "Board" means the board of directors of the district.

(2) "District" means a hospital district created under this chapter.

(3) "Director" means a member of the board.
