Texas Health And Safety Code § 295.051 Limitation On Authority To Require Mandatory Payment

Sec. 295.051. LIMITATION ON AUTHORITY TO REQUIRE MANDATORY PAYMENT. The governing body of a municipality may require a mandatory payment authorized under this chapter by an institutional health care provider in the municipality only in the manner provided by this chapter.
