Texas Health And Safety Code § 592.051 General Rights Of Residents

Sec. 592.051. GENERAL RIGHTS OF RESIDENTS. Each resident has the right to:

(1) a normal residential environment;

(2) a humane physical environment;

(3) communication and visits; and

(4) possess personal property.
