Texas Health And Safety Code § 595.002 Rules

Sec. 595.002. RULES. The executive commissioner shall adopt rules to carry out this chapter that are necessary or proper to:

(1) prevent circumvention or evasion of the chapter; or

(2) facilitate compliance with the chapter.
