Texas Health And Safety Code § 81.008 Communicable Disease In Animals; Exchange Of Information

Sec. 81.008. COMMUNICABLE DISEASE IN ANIMALS; EXCHANGE OF INFORMATION. The Texas Animal Health Commission and the Texas A&M University Veterinary Medical Diagnostic Laboratory shall each adopt by rule a memorandum of understanding, adopted also by rule by the executive commissioner, governing the exchange of information on communicable diseases in animals between the department and those entities.
