Texas Health And Safety Code § 841.0832 Housing Facilities

Sec. 841.0832. HOUSING FACILITIES. (a) The office shall operate, or contract with a vendor to operate, one or more facilities provided for the purpose of housing committed persons.

(b) The office shall designate a facility under Subsection (a) to serve as an intake and orientation facility for committed persons on release from a secure correctional facility.
