Texas Insurance Code § 1109.052 Delivery Of Proceeds To Comptroller

Sec. 1109.052. DELIVERY OF PROCEEDS TO COMPTROLLER. A life insurance company required to file a report under Section 1109.051 shall deliver to the comptroller with the report all unclaimed proceeds described by the report.
