Texas Insurance Code § 1131.002 Certain Group Life Insurance Authorized

Sec. 1131.002. CERTAIN GROUP LIFE INSURANCE AUTHORIZED. A group life insurance policy may be delivered in this state only if the policy:

(1) covers a group described by Subchapter B; and

(2) complies with this chapter.
