Texas Insurance Code § 1501.302 Texas Health Reinsurance System

Sec. 1501.302. TEXAS HEALTH REINSURANCE SYSTEM. The Texas Health Reinsurance System is a nonprofit entity administered by a board of directors and subject to the supervision and control of the commissioner.
