Texas Insurance Code § 1575.405 Meetings

Sec. 1575.405. MEETINGS. (a) The committee shall meet:

(1) at least twice each year; and

(2) at the call of the trustee.

(b) If there is an emergency, the committee may meet at the call of a majority of the members of the committee.
