Texas Insurance Code § 1601.103 Right To Coverage

Sec. 1601.103. RIGHT TO COVERAGE. An individual eligible to participate in the uniform program under Section 1601.101 or 1601.102 may not be denied enrollment in any coverage provided under this chapter.
