Texas Insurance Code § 4052.053 Appointment To Act For Insurer Not Required

Sec. 4052.053. APPOINTMENT TO ACT FOR INSURER NOT REQUIRED. An appointment to act for an insurer is not a condition to the issuance of a life and health insurance counselor license.
