Texas Insurance Code § 4101.203 Criminal Penalty

Sec. 4101.203. CRIMINAL PENALTY. A person commits an offense if the person violates Section 4101.051 or 4101.102(c). An offense under this section is a misdemeanor punishable by:

(1) a fine of not more than $500;

(2) confinement in the county jail for not more than six months; or

(3) both the fine and the confinement.
