Texas Insurance Code § 492.053 Limitation On Reinsurance Of Risks Of Insurer With Less Than Minimum Capital And Surplus

Sec. 492.053. LIMITATION ON REINSURANCE OF RISKS OF INSURER WITH LESS THAN MINIMUM CAPITAL AND SURPLUS. An insurer operating under Section 841.204 may not reinsure any risk or part of a risk in an insurer that is not authorized to engage in the business of insurance in this state.
