Texas Insurance Code § 841.357 Maintenance Of Deposit

Sec. 841.357. MAINTENANCE OF DEPOSIT. A domestic insurance company must maintain a deposit of securities under this subchapter as long as the company has outstanding any liability to a policyholder in this state.
