Texas Insurance Code § 911.065 Voting By Policyholder

Sec. 911.065. VOTING BY POLICYHOLDER. (a) Each policyholder of a farm mutual insurance company is entitled to only one vote at a policyholders' meeting.

(b) A policyholder may not vote by proxy.
