Sec. 961.102. REVOCATION OF CERTIFICATE OF AUTHORITY. (a) After a hearing, the commissioner shall revoke the certificate of authority of a nonprofit legal services corporation if:
(1) the commissioner determines the corporation is:
(A) operating fraudulently; or
(B) not complying with this chapter; or
(2) the corporation does not pay valid claims in accordance with this chapter.
(b) A hearing under Subsection (a) may be held only on the basis of written specifications and not earlier than the 21st day after the date notice of the hearing is given.
