Texas Labor Code § 21.151 Enforcement By Ordinance

Sec. 21.151. ENFORCEMENT BY ORDINANCE. A political subdivision may adopt and enforce an order or ordinance that prohibits a practice that is unlawful under this chapter, another state law, or federal law.
