Texas Local Government Code § 363.002 Definitions

Sec. 363.002. DEFINITIONS. In this chapter:

(1) "Board" means the board of directors of a district.

(2) "Director" means a member of a board.

(3) "District" means a crime control and prevention district created under this chapter.
