Texas Local Government Code § 504.052 Officers

Sec. 504.052. OFFICERS. The board of directors of a Type A corporation shall appoint:

(1) a president;

(2) a secretary; and

(3) other officers of the corporation that the governing body of the authorizing municipality considers necessary.
