Texas Natural Resources Code § 12.051 Definitions

Sec. 12.051. DEFINITIONS. In this subchapter:

(1) "Commission" means the Red River Boundary Commission.

(2) "Texoma area" means the area defined by the Texoma Area Boundary Agreement.
