Texas Natural Resources Code § 134.029 Procedure On Detection Of Violation

Sec. 134.029. PROCEDURE ON DETECTION OF VIOLATION. On detection of a violation of this chapter, an inspector, in writing, shall:

(1) promptly inform the operator; and

(2) report the violation to the commission.
