Texas Natural Resources Code § 153.001 Definitions

Sec. 153.001. DEFINITIONS. In this chapter:

(1) "Board" means the Prescribed Burning Board.

(2) "Department" means the Department of Agriculture.

(3) "Prescribed burning organization" means an organization described by Section 153.049.
