Texas Natural Resources Code § 91.001 Definitions

Sec. 91.001. DEFINITIONS. In this chapter:

(1) "Commission" means the Railroad Commission of Texas.

(2) "Gas" means natural gas.

(3) "Oil" means crude oil and crude petroleum oil.
