Sec. 1001.209. REGISTER OF APPLICANTS. The board shall maintain a register of license applications that shows:
(1) the name, age, and residence of each applicant;
(2) the date of the application;
(3) the applicant's place of business;
(4) the applicant's educational and other qualifications;
(5) whether an examination was required;
(6) whether the applicant was issued or denied a license;
(7) the date of board action; and
(8) any other information the board considers necessary.
