Texas Occupations Code § 1002.157 Agreements To Develop Uniform Standards

Sec. 1002.157. AGREEMENTS TO DEVELOP UNIFORM STANDARDS. The board may enter into agreements with licensing or registration boards in other states and other appropriate organizations, societies, associations, and agencies to develop uniform standards for:

(1) the licensing or registration of geoscientists;

(2) accrediting educational programs;

(3) establishing reciprocal and temporary licenses;

(4) developing regional or national examinations;

(5) evaluating applicants; or

(6) other purposes consistent with this chapter.
