Texas Occupations Code § 1101.060 Quasi-judicial Immunity

Sec. 1101.060. QUASI-JUDICIAL IMMUNITY. A member of the commission is entitled to quasi-judicial immunity from suit for an action that:

(1) is taken as a member of the commission; and

(2) is in compliance with the law.
