Texas Occupations Code § 1103.059 Quasi-judicial Immunity

Sec. 1103.059. QUASI-JUDICIAL IMMUNITY. A member of the board is entitled to quasi-judicial immunity from suit for an action that:

(1) is taken as a member of the board; and

(2) is in compliance with the law.
