Texas Occupations Code § 1105.001 Definitions

Sec. 1105.001. DEFINITIONS. In this section:

(1) "Agency" means the commission and the board.

(2) "Board" means the Texas Appraiser Licensing and Certification Board.

(3) "Commission" means the Texas Real Estate Commission.
