Texas Occupations Code § 1201.157 Retailer As Warehouseman

Sec. 1201.157. RETAILER AS WAREHOUSEMAN. (a) A licensed retailer is a "warehouseman" as defined by Section 7.102, Business & Commerce Code, for the storage of manufactured homes for hire.

(b) The provisions of the Business & Commerce Code relating to the storage of goods for hire apply to a licensed retailer acting as a warehouseman.
