Texas Occupations Code § 1201.410 Information On Recovery From Trust Fund

Sec. 1201.410. INFORMATION ON RECOVERY FROM TRUST FUND. The director shall prepare information for notifying consumers of their rights to recover from the trust fund, shall post the information on the department's website, and shall make printed copies available on request.
