Texas Occupations Code § 1301.359 Statewide Validity Of License, Endorsement, Or Registration; Nontransferability

Sec. 1301.359. STATEWIDE VALIDITY OF LICENSE, ENDORSEMENT, OR REGISTRATION; NONTRANSFERABILITY. (a) A license, endorsement, or registration issued under this chapter is valid throughout this state.

(b) Except as provided by Section 1301.406, a license, endorsement, or registration issued under this chapter is not assignable or transferable.
