Texas Occupations Code § 1303.107 Term Of License

Sec. 1303.107. TERM OF LICENSE. A license continues in effect as long as the license holder meets the requirements of this chapter or until the license is:

(1) suspended or revoked by the commission; or

(2) terminated at the request of the license holder.
