Texas Occupations Code § 165.002 Procedure

Sec. 165.002. PROCEDURE. (a) The board by rule shall prescribe the procedure by which it may impose an administrative penalty.

(b) A proceeding under this subchapter is subject to Chapter 2001, Government Code.
