Texas Occupations Code § 1702.201 Personal Protection Officer Endorsement Required

Sec. 1702.201. PERSONAL PROTECTION OFFICER ENDORSEMENT REQUIRED. An individual may not act as a personal protection officer unless the individual holds a personal protection officer endorsement.
