Texas Occupations Code § 1704.306 Records; Offense

Sec. 1704.306. RECORDS; OFFENSE. (a) A person commits an offense if the person falsifies a record required to be maintained under this chapter.

(b) An offense under this section is a Class B misdemeanor.
