Texas Occupations Code § 1952.152 Procedure

Sec. 1952.152. PROCEDURE. The denial, suspension, or revocation of a certificate of registration under this chapter is governed by:

(1) department rules for a contested case hearing; and

(2) Chapter 2001, Government Code.
