Sec. 1958.106. TRAINING; CONTINUING EDUCATION.

(a) The executive commissioner shall adopt rules regarding training required under this chapter and continuing education required for a license holder under this chapter.

(a) The commission shall adopt rules regarding training required under this chapter and continuing education required for a license holder under this chapter.

(b) The rules may include requirements regarding training and continuing education providers, including rules establishing:

(1) accreditation by the department;

(2) curriculum requirements; and

(3) qualifications.
