Texas Occupations Code § 203.152 Fees

Sec. 203.152. FEES. (a) Repealed by Acts 2015, 84th Leg., R.S., Ch. 838 , Sec. 1.222(11), eff. September 1, 2015.

(b) The commission may not set a fee for an amount less than the amount of that fee on September 1, 1993.
